Best Eyeliner Tutorial

Even the best-laid plans get awry and this holds true even in donning that perfect makeup ever. Have you ever experienced going out of the house in your perfect outfit and makeup but then your eyeliner goes rascal and ruin all your efforts? Well, worry no more. Try these simple best eyeliner tutorial and you are on your way to looking amazingly beautiful throughout the day.
However, you must first select the eye makeup you want and the appropriate eyeliner for it. To have fabulous smokey or cat eyes, choose good liquid eyeliner and not just a regular or ordinary one for more precision in application. You will also need a steady hand andbe  comfortably positioned so as not to apply it out of line. If you want to look a little conservative for the daytime, small strokes at the beginning is advised. If you already have the tools needed, do not hurry in applying eyeliner. Being patient is beneficial because it would enable you to change the shape of your eyes and change the way you look outwardly. This is not to mention that wearing perfectly contoured eyes would save you money, time and effort on eye shadows or even mascara. The trend nowadays is the cat eye makeup with dramatic finish wherein the lines go farther than the contour of the eyes and go up continuing the line of the curled eyelashes. If you have almond-shaped or wide eyes, applying eyeliner in such a way that it creates a wide pointing line suits you. On the other hand, if you have narrow eyes, wide line is not a good idea since it would be hard and heavy for you to blink or wink. Rather, choose a thin and delicate line instead.

If you want to look amazing, try this simple best eyeliner tutorial:

2.      Before you begin the eyeliner, have a hands-free mirror to see the progress of what you are doing. Then, steady your hand by leaning on a table to avoid your hands from shaking.

3.      Start the eyeliner application at the corner of your eye by using the tip of the pen. Touch the lash line and drag it to the outer side of your eyes. Note that you should draw the line closer to your lashes and begin with a thin line; then if you want to retrace it to make it bolder, then do so until you achieve the desired result.

4.      After reaching the ends of the eyelash, you can start moving to the upper part until the temple area and decide on the length and shades. Do not apply too much if you do not want to look horribly goofy. Pay attention to the thickness of the application and learn to stop before reaching the absolute inner corner of the eye.

5.      One you are finish, you can apply, eye shadow or mascara.

All About Mascara

A woman feels beautiful inside and out with the combined usage of best beauty products. While there are plenty of product brands to choose from, a wise consumer would rely on product feedbacks and marketing strategies. Mascara is one beauty essential for ladies.

Don’t even think about blowing thousands of dollars to have all eyes on you. All you need to do is to wear the best mascara for your eyelashes and you are ready to be looked amazingly at.

Well, we owe it to extensive research and development now that even mascara has become very sophisticated and high tech. Nowadays, women can choose from different options and find the mascara brand that best fits their individual beauty needs. It is simply incredible that the cosmetic industry is rapidly growing and introduces innovative mascaras with ultimate effects that leave us smiling throughout the day; mascara that enhances the shapes and contours of our eyes and makes us looks our best ever.

Most women are bedazzled by how manufacturing companies describe their mascara products as lengthening, curling, bold, volumizing, waterproof or natural looking.  These could mean that women are more interested with the desired result without taking into consideration that deciding on the right serum is and should always be a personal choice.  If you get swayed by popular choice, you will only be damaging your natural lashes.  This is the reason why dermatologists and beauty experts recommend that serums must be tested first on one’s eyelashes on small doses in case of any allergic reaction or potential adverse effects.  The secret is to maintain that natural-looking eyelashes.

If you are someone who is result-oriented, then it is advised that you refrain from patronizing cheap mascaras. Why refuse to buy long wearing, appropriate for contact lenses wearers, ophthalmologist-tested and fragrance free mascaras that are a bit expensive than settle for a serum that will leave you regretting buying it?

Then again, there is a new fad in the cosmetic industry – a double purpose mascara which enhances not only the eyelashes but also the eyebrows.  Good news is that the serum contains reconstructive components that may repair over plucked eyebrows.  These serums are also simple to apply. All you need to do is to apply the serum right above the lash line and underneath the bottom lashes.  These serums are also easily removed without leaving any rashes or allergies.

Nonetheless, choosing the suitable mascara for your eyelash type is still the best option. If your eyelashes are somewhat short, go for the serums with formulations that are less dense and yet reaches the very tips. The bristles of the wands must be short enough to coat every eyelash from base to tip.  If you prefer volumizing mascaras, serums with polymers and waxes are perfect for you. For those who likes curling mascaras, it must contain ingredients for hold and shape. But the more popular choice is the natural looking mascara which results in soft, light and natural look and feel.

So, it pays off to look your best after all.

Canada: The Rising Country

Canada is found in the northern part of North America with ten provinces and three territories. Geographically-speaking, Canada is considered to be the second largest country by area and has the longest land border shared with the United States of America.
Canada’s form of government is a mixed federal parliamentary democracy and constitutional monarchy. It is a country with rich cultural heritage, with the inhabitants coming from different ethnic groups. The significant rise in economy and per capita income of Canada could be attributed to its relationship with the United States of America. Significant changes were noted after the 1989 US-Canada Free Trade and the 1994 North American Free Trade Agreement was concluded and signed by US and Canada. The economic relationship between the two has flourished since then. In fact, Canada is a wealthy country, ranking eight in the world in terms of per capita income. Few of the international contributions of the country are in areas of education, social equality, economic and political freedom and protection of civil rights.
The national symbol of Canada is the maple leaf which could be seen in its flag, currency and in its Arms. Historically, Canada’s capital City, Ottawa, was named after Colonel John By who used the place as his headquarters. In Canada, ice hockey is a popular sport in every province. However, lacrosse remains to be the official sport.
We owe to Canada several significant inventions of all time which includes kerosene, electric organ, insulin, electron microscope, snowmobile, IMAX filming system and the electric cooking range.
The rich economy of Canada could be attributed to the income generated from logging and oil industries. It is also known as a major producer and at the same time consumer of cheese. Moreover, Canada is attracting huge investments in its automobile and manufacturing industries. The USA and Japan are just two of top investors in the said industries.  The difference, however, is that Canada’s banking industry is conservative compared to USA and Japan. Speaking of investment, Canada is gaining huge benefits from US which is the country’s largest foreign investor in the fields of mining, chemicals, machinery, smelting and petroleum. Canadian’s ties with US is evidenced by the way economic policies were often adjusted to conform to the changes in policies in the economy of US so that any slight deviation from it could have potential adverse effects on the economic performance of Canada. Nonetheless, the trust and confidence of US is reflected by the chivalrous act of the latter which imports more than half of Canada’s food products. In return, Canada imports twenty percent of the foods being produced by US.
At present, Canada enjoys its stable economic condition. Unemployment rates are going down and public debt is reducing. But if there is one commendable achievement of Canada is its rapid growth in terms of health care.  The health sector has been under major development and this resulted to a stronger fiscal condition of the country.
With all these achievements, there is no doubt that Canada will remain in the roster of successful economies in the world.

Impact of Technology on Utility Companies

Most businessmen would agree that it takes years to build a business. And it takes even longer years to sustain the business.

A business organization cannot exist without having suffered problems or conflicts at some point during its corporate life. However, for a business organization to thrive, it must incorporate well-thought business processes, organizational culture, structure and environment and to effectively carry out its business strategies. And this is true in utility companies.

Just like any other service providers, an electric or water service provider also encounters problems. Aside from high maintenance and operational costs, these utility companies also experience difficulty in serving its customers to a certain extent, such as segregation of electric and water billing statements. Payment collection is also difficult especially when the occupants are not the actual owners which may result to a narrow profit margin. Also, the billing requirements of the company impose a heavy burden on the administrative level because of the scale, coverage and complexity of billing which necessitates an extensive yet accurate work. The need to process payments is also complicated since it requires high degree of efficiency. Sometimes, it cannot be avoided that mistakes in billing is committed which may anger some customers. It was also proven that relying on the billing software is not a guarantee for smooth business process considering the complexities involved.

These considerations are very important to the present system and process of utility companies. If these problems will not be resolved at the earliest opportunity, it will create a potent threat to the success of the company.  These companies should be committed to lessen, if not totally eliminate, these problems by constantly upgrading their systems to avoid human errors and for a more efficient delivery of services to the customers.

Technology plays a vital role in the marketing strategy of utility companies. But then the downside of this is that it can lead to organizations investing heavily in systems that go beyond their needs and then failing to make use of them effectively. Information technology, on its own, will not create better information systems that enable organizations to function more effectively. Organizational cultures need to be changed so that the wider processes information management becomes a priority.

With the use and integration of E-Commerce, utility companies will be able to change from the traditional marketing approaches to electronic commerce. E-commerce will make a huge impact to the companies by providing easy opportunity for redesigning, recalibration and restricting of key organizational aspects of a business enterprise. With the employment of E-Commerce, utility companies will be able to attain improved productivity, encourage greater customer participation and reduce cost. Companies will also become more efficient with its E-Commerce by using electronic sequencing, electronic data gathering and electronic business transactions such as invoicing, billing, job order placement, issuing receipts, confirmation of service, payment transfer facilities, and recording. Time, money and efforts were saved as a result.

These utility companies must also have effective information systems.  The interaction between different components of the organization depends upon integration, communication and decision making. When working all together, they create a linking process in the organization.

Furthermore, the United Arab Emirates is now being dubbed as a leader in holiday destination in the history of the travel industry per the report of the World Trade Organization with Dubai as its main attraction. Dubai hotels have also attracted various hotel investors and real estate developers because of the highest RevPaR the hotels are receiving worldwide.  The international chains of luxurious hotels established in the UAE brought about by the dynamic growth are also attracting more and more tourists from around the world. For some reason, while it may be true that the spiraling growth in hotel supply in UAE is based on a promising target, the positive results would show that the hotel chains are on the right track.

In Asia, economic records tend to show that tourism is among the biggest employment generators in the region.  With the increasing influx of foreign and local tourists over the years, tourism began offering great potential to the industry.  Travelers began taking interests in visiting the countries and so the hotel and hospitality sectors had also began offering the best kind of services and affordable price range.

This exponential growth could be linked to innovative hotel designs and spectacular views which are being created, modified and diversified from time to time, thus attracting diverse architects and talented people from the industry. The success and  growth in the tourism industry in Asia was mainly due to openings by chained hoteliers owned by world famous developers and owners, including both local players and internationally respected brands. With positive tourism projections and feedbacks, investment continues to pour into this booming sector.

My Concept of Pain

There is no oil without squeezing the olives. No wine without pressing the grapes. No fragrance without crashing the flowers. So, when you are pressed, God is just bringing out the best in you. This is my concept of pain. This is how I deal with it. This is how I see it. Simple, concise but profound.

Pain is inevitable. From the moment we were born, we are subjected to pain of all sorts; only that the degree and effects varies from one person to another as he grows and matures. I have never met someone who had all the fun and sweet nothingness in life and none of pain. But I have known a few who talk about pain and these few are among the successful ones I know. I daresay, I am not an exception to this concept of pain.

When I was a kid, like any other normal kid, I had an unadulterated perfect notion of life. I see my family, we eat and laugh together and everything seems logically perfect. But as I grow older, I realized that life is not about being happy and free. It is not about all that is good and new. It is not about getting what you want. Rather, it is being happy with all that is left. It is about the good out of the bad and old ones. And it is about wanting what you get. I have learned not to expect because most often than not, expectations lead to great disappointments. When crying as a kid would entitle you to comforts and hugs, crying as an adult is rather different especially when you have no one to turn to but yourself alone.

Of all the kinds of pain, I think emotional is the hardest to deal with. Physical pain implies that there is something wrong with our body. And early detection will readily solve the problem. Medicines and medical procedures abound to ease the physical pain. But in emotional pain, medicines become superficial. Sometimes, even hugs and comforting words will not suffice to dry the tears and cleanse the heart. It is difficult to endure and the effects last longer like a lingering illness. Sometimes it can even lead to death.

Among the painful things we go through in life that I know of are rejection, abandonment, seclusion, resentment, hatred, regret, failure, disappointment, poverty, ignorance, hunger, anxiety, moral shock and all other emotional meltdowns one could think of.  However, the simple fact is: we all go through certain pains and sufferings in life. But the answer to the problem of human pain and suffering does not lie in the world. The world does not understand the meaning of life or the purpose of life unless pain sets in. Sometimes, what makes us happy is the very thing that brings pain and suffering. Yet, no matter how this life holds many difficult times of pain and suffering, this life is only a preparation for the better life to come.

As a matter of fact, most world leaders from politics to art have all gone through a certain ordeal for them to be where they are. Oprah Winfrey, the first woman African-American in media, for instance, had to endure years of abuse and poverty before she could be recognized as one of the most influential persons in the world. That pain prepared her for the great battles that she would face in show business to become the most influential person of our century. Gandhi of India had to pass through stages of suffering before he found enlightenment.  Corazon Aquino of the Philippines had to endure tragic loss of a husband before she could find the courage to fight dictatorship and restore democracy.

However, sad fact is, a lot of people have refused pain and failed to see the benefits thereof. I think this is not the proper attitude towards pain. We must honor the pain. We must embrace it. We must see it as a blessing. To some, this may rather seem odd. To me, it is not. Honoring pain is not tantamount to attracting more pain. It rather means, you have accepted your frailties as a human, bound to learn lessons and commit mistakes. For it is not how great the fall but how steadfast you are to rise each time you fall.

Although pain is undesirable, I honestly believe that it is important to personal growth and therefore should be faced head on. When we go through pain, we work hard to get ourselves working hard to get the pain away. I believe that if one had accepted his impoverished background, he could have work hard in school and work as his gateway to success. One Nigerian motivational speaker once said: “Adversities lead us to prosperity”. Tudor Bismarck, a Zimbabwean spiritual leader says that before anything grows, it has to be stretched from its original dimension into a new dimension that represents the growth. The new dimension may be uncomfortable at first but then when we begin to realize the new amount of space allowed in that new dimension, we will come to the realization that the stretch was an important step to growth. The foregoing that does dictate us to say that we must go and look for pain, but rather it means that we should accept all the pain and problems we will go through at one time or another and see what we can learn from them and quickly fit ourselves into the new role that the pain may be attempting to prepare for us. For example, a child who is being weaned will have to start preparing for a life without breast milk, whilst an abused housewife who is being divorced may have to learn to be independent and self-assured.

Deal with emotional pain by delving into it, making friends with it, feeling it until it stops and you are on the other end of it. If you are able to do this, there will be gold on the other end. In life there is a lesson to be learned in all of your victories and all of your defeats. Do not  let your refusal to honor pain rule your life, because if you choose to do so, your life will never truly be enriched, for it will only kill any drive that you have that may be directing you towards your calling, and achieving real success in your life.  Live your life, do not let the feelings of hurt and pain live your life for you. Use your wisdom from your experiences but never let them hold you back from seeing greatness. Treat pain as a friend, not an enemy, a loving companion that will make us who we are and who we should be in this world.
